Why holistic healthcare
“As a young girl, I assisted in community work such as free medical and health camps, and observed that people suffered from many disorders due to many factors such unhealthy diet, unconscious lifestyles, mental negligence, toxic relationships and a lack of love. I was fascinated by the human body its connections, its intelligence and the way emotions and relationships effected human physiology. Dis-ease was so much more than just a symptom like a headache or heartburn. This sparked my interest in becoming a doctor that treats the patient/person holistically and not a disease/disorder.”

Dr Ramsammy is a homeopath, wife and mother passionate about restoring patient health and vitality on all levels (holistically), mental; physical; emotional and social. She specializes in digestive disorders as well as female health and wellness and aims to empower women to live their best lives, throughout their various stages of life. She strongly believes that if the mother/wife of the home is, content, happy and thriving, her home will be in the resultant.
According to Dr Ramsammy, the body and mind have an intimate relationship. The greatest dis-ease (or absence of ease) is absence of mental peace, when mental disharmony is restored; the body automatically restores health and vitality.
Her approach to treating patients’ constitutes love, respect, honesty, dignity, understanding and compassion. She sees each patient in the light of their own unique journey.
She feels that a patient is truly disease free when they are joyful without reason. Cultivating this kind of joy involves being, honest, loving, conscious and responsible to yourself.
