Mindful Homeopathy

FAQ

Are Homeopaths against conventional drugs? And can Homeopathic medicines be used in conjunction with conventional drugs?

Conventional drugs have saved many lives, and patients may need to be on conventional drugs for severe or aggressive disorders. Homeopathic medicines contain diluted doses of active substances, however are highly effective, in treating almost any disorder, and in many cases curing the disorder. Due to the nature of Homeopathic medicines, they do not interfere with the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of conventional drugs and thus both systems of medicine can be used together if needed. Homeopathic medicines may also assist in alleviating side effects caused by conventional drugs.

How long does Homeopathy take to work?

This is dependent on whether the disease is acute or chronic. Homeopathy can work in minutes to hours, however with chronic disorders gradual improvement is seen, over a few weeks to months.  E.g. if you have had the condition for 10 years, unfortunately healing cannot take place over night; we need to be patient with the body to ensure holistic healing. Roughly 1 month for each year of the condition.
